Bad news gamers, the much anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 has been officially delayed to Spring 2018. Rockstar Games officially announced the beloved Western game’s delay to 2018, which was originally slated for a Fall 2017 release.
The developers expressed disappointment and regret for not being able to release this fall.
“We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready.”
The company does have a track record for delaying their games. However, Rockstar did say that they will reveal more details about the game during the summer, with no specific time period mentioned as well released new screenshots of their upcoming sandbox game below.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018.
